Storyline of Always (1989):
Pete Sandich is a daredevil aerial firefighter who risks his life to save others. During a dangerous mission, Pete sacrifices himself to save his best friend Al. He then becomes a guardian angel, watching over his girlfriend Dorinda. Pete must help Dorinda move on with her life and find love again. This romantic fantasy explores themes of love, loss, and letting go. It is a remake of the 1943 film “A Guy Named Joe” and features the final screen appearance of Audrey Hepburn.
